Password box is empty

Hi,

I've just installed version 13 when I was having trouble with version 10, but even though my username/email and password all are correct as far as logging in to my Teamviewer account, the actual password box (that changes frequently), which you have to provide to remote user, is empty. I've tried rebooting my computer and reloggin several times and am very frustrated that the info that is generated from Teamviewer is empty????? please help me resolve.

    Thank you for your post.

    Can you please check your TeamViewer settings and check what setting is activated under Extras --> Options --> Security --> Password strength:

    If it is stating Disabled (no random password), you can just change it to Secure with 6 or 8 characters or to Very secure with 10 characters or you can choose to work with a personal password only.

  • I have this set to 'Disabled (no random password)' but when I go to log in to this device it still asks for a password.

    Any help would be much appreciated, thanks
