Permanent password

I setup a permanent password for the remote PC, but when I switch users the permanent password changes and I denied access. Any ideas why this happened and how to solve it.

    Are you on a Windows server?

    I recommend to activate multi user support and add a permanent password for each user/TeamViewer ID.
