Possible to send MIDI keyboard input to the remote computer?

Hi! I got this idea for using my DAW, which is FL Studio, for playing my VST instruments on my remote computer. I have a MIDI keyboard and I'd like to send MIDI input using TeamViewer to the remote computer. I wonder, if it's actually possible. Keyboard and mouse works as expected, but MIDI input? Has anyone tried to do anything similar to this?
