QuickSupport App disconnects
Hello,
My mother-in-law lives in another state than I do. To help troubleshoot issues on her iPhone, we have been connecting with the QuickSupport app. However, after a few minutes, she gets a message saying we will be disconnected in 1 minute. In order to be able to connect longer... 1) do I have to purchase the full version of Teamviewer or 2) or is there a setting she and/or I have to adjust so that we can connect longer?
Thanks for any help that can be offered. It's frustrating trying to help but continually getting disconnected.

Hello, in order to connect longer than one minute under some circumstances, one of you would require a license. If any one side is licensed then both sides will work. This can be triggered once you use a certain amount of free time
