QuickSupport Auto Add to Contacts does not work

As a Mac-based Business user, in my QuickSupport module setup, I have selected the option to "Automatically add users to a group in your Contacts list". I believe that in over two years I have only had 2 users added to my list despite numerous remote control sessions. I have used Versions 11, 12 and now the beta of version 13.

Can someone please assist me in resolving this issue?
