QuickSupport not responding to remote control mouse clicks

Installed Quicksupport on my pixell android phone, and installed teamviewer on my windows laptop. remote control my smartphone from my pc is not working (a pop-up elling me to allow capturing appeared in my smartphone).  i.e  - all cliks in windows are not executed on the ,smartphone (only the opposite...)

Something is missing"?
