Re-assign TeamViewer connections log (from WMC)
Hi,
from web Management Console i can Delete an user (I act as administrator in a TeamViewer company profile). During deletion, I'm warned that past account's consumptions will be re-assigned to the connected operator (me). This is at least what I remember from the last delete operation (a lot of months ago).
Is it possible, if logged in as an administrator, to allow the operator to indicate which other user (active) in his domain assigns the previous links?
Or rather, this opportunity has already been implemented?
Thanks.

Hi @DomLan
Thank you for your post. I hope your are fine :smileyhappy:
If you delete a user as a company administrator all data will be transferred to your account.
Unfortunately, there is no option to choose an other person or account.
A little workaround:
You could give to an other colleague admin premissions for short period. He could sign in to delete an account, all information related to your company profile would be transferred to him.I hope this helps you. :smileyhappy:
Wish you a nice and sunny weekend.

Hi @Reyhan,
thank you for your reply. I'm sorry that this feature is not present.
Unfortunately, we can not take the alternative: some users do not belong directly to our company but are affiliated to our TeamViewer domain to provide assistance to our shared customers.
Anyway, thank you.
Regards.
