Screen Resolution on Headless Win 10 Client not remembered

I run a small desktop PC (NUC) with no monitor attached to it at home. The purpose of this is only so I can login with teamviewer from abroad.

Whenever I start a session, the screen-resolution is at 1024x768. I can change it to some larger value in teamviewer on my mobile. But when I login the next time, it is back to 1024x768 again.

Is there a way of setting a fix resolution of 1680x1050 for example, on that headless client?
