Service Queue button not working

Hi guys,
I think there is a bug with the service queue button in the host module?
I'm sure this button - http://cloud.thed.cc/3M3p1D2b0n02 - used to click through to take me to the Service Queue page online and allow me to create a new case nice and quickly, but now it does nothing at all?
The button 'clicks' but nothing happens?
My build is 12.0.83369 if that helps and it says there are no updates available.
