TV 12 ID and Password blank - session not ready

Hi

I work on MAc and PC from IP Israel and I try to connect to my other PC

since yesterday, my ID and pasword are empty.

It's written at the bottom "Not ready, please check your connection"

 

I also tried on teamviewer website, and i cannot connect to the the other PC as well.

    I'm on Team Viewer 9.
    I haven't been able to connect to the server for nearly 24 hours now.  It comes up with the 'Most likely you use a proxy server' message. It was running fine yesterday afternoon and I've used it every day for years now. Same computer, same setup, same connection. No changes at my end.  What's going on?  Did you bungle the maintenance you did on Sunday?

    I did nothing on my computer

    I succeed to connect on Friday, then i tried yesterday morning an d it doesn't work from this point...

    I am lost :(

    i have the same problem. The reason is that the software has been updated to the latest versions, and i proved that the 15.6.7 versions would not have this problem. PS: must seleted the "Personal/non-commercial use" in the install process
