TV 12 does not finish installation on win10. Automatically uninstalls after reboot
I have some funny problem with my Teamviewer after a complete reinstall of my computer.
The installation does not finish. It seems to hang with the last line showing
Installing TeamViewer service C:\Program Files (x86)\TeamViewer\TeamViewer_Service.exe",
which never finishes.
The installation can only be shut off via taskmanager.
After shutdown of the installation, the desktop icon is there and the program works, but immediately after reboot the program automatically uninstalls itself and the icon disappears.
I am now running Win 10. This problem did not appear before when I ran Win8.1 on this same computer.
Please help !

I will answer this myself, perhaps someone can benefit:
I installed the Teamviewer 10, which seemed o work straigh on.
Then connected to my account and activated my old license for TV10.
Rebooted: The program did not automatically uninstall, and it still worked.Then I did an upgrade via "Help/Check for new version" inside Teamviewer 10.
The update downloaded and installed without a hitch, and it was still present and working after reboot!
One funny thing is that I did not have to reactivate the new license. Could it have been stored in registry from a previous attempt?//GL
