TV for andriod: Stuck on 'Please wait while connecting'

Hello!

I am facing an issue with TV for android. I have installed TV Host on the remote device (SAMSUNG Galaxy J7 Prime) and assigned it to my account successfully. When I try to connect my device (SONY Xperia X) to the other device, TV on my device (Sony) is stuck at 'Please wait while connecting', while on the other device it shows as 'Connected to a remote computer'. After I terminate the connection, I get the standard message 'This was a free seesion sponsored by Teamviewer. TV sessions are free of charge for personal use.'

1) I have started facing this issue recently. Earlier there was no such problem. No commercial usage has been detected on my account either.

2) I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the applications on both the andriod devices, it did not work.

Has anyone faced the same issue?  Any solutions? Thank you in advance.
