Team Viewer version 14

Hey Ppl

im using Teamviewer version 10 on my windows Vista Computer, have tried to upgarde to version 14, but it just wont finish installing, im looking for any ideas that will help me, because june is catching up with me and if i cant upgrade by then, my teamviewer will no longer work.

my windows vista is service pack 2, 32-bit operating system.
