TeamViewer account for Corporate License
Hi All, we are trying to decide how to setup the teamviewer account. We have corporate licenses and the thought process is that we can utilize the corporate account to setup the access for management console. The questions are can we use one person's account to activate the license and then add more users to the management console so that we can have a licensed connections to the machines that will have the host module? If we utilize one account to activate the license is it possible to change it later in an event the user leaves the company?
Thanks!

Hi @jenyalex
Yes, changing the address later is possible in the Management Console or in the client itself. However - to do so, the access to the TeamViewer account of the company administrator is required.
If you do not want a master account, there is also the option to have more than one company administrator. So you can make sure that the administration of the company profile is guaranteed even if the "main"-administrator left the company for whatever reasons without a handover/change of the administrator account.
Does this help you?

Thanks @Esther we did have those articles, we werent sure if you could change the "master" account if need be and didnt want to create a "impersonal email" address. We will use one of our execs email address for now. Is there a possibility to change this email address after through a support call perhaps? Thanks again.
