Teamviewer 12 Issue - Shuts Off After 3 Hours (Free Version)

Looking for help my friend and I share screens each day we both have the free version. While mine works perfectly and doesnt shut off for no reason, his does and its always after 3 hours exactly.

I have tried numerous things to try and fix it:

In firewall I changed the rule to UDP from TCP/UDP and that didnt fix it.

I made sure the timer setting in options was set to off.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the software, and I still cant find away to fix this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
