Teamviewer fails to connect

When I try to connect to remote computer, I get a message that I've reached my limit of available simultaneous connections. I have one license, and I'm sure no one is using it. 

Help - About - Channel usage  - says that device [ID removed] is using my license. 

When I try to connect to [ID removed], TV says it's offline. 

My ID is different. What can I do to get my license back ?
