Teamviewer versus **Third Party Product**

Just a few observations about Teamviewer versus **Third Party Product**. I am unimpressed with the latter. **bleep** doesn't allow you to see the cursor on the remote machine, while TV does. That is, there is one cursor, not two. That's a bother if you're trying to see what a user on the remote machine is doing, and are "looking over their shoulder". Also (and a BIG issue), the **bleep** connection is disabled if the remote machine does a restart. That is, if the remote machine has a power failure, followed by automatic restart, you will not be able to do a **bleep** connection to it without having someone there to enable it. TV is wonderful in that it can enable itself after a restart. Online reviews of TV versus **bleep** never refer to these points.
