Teamviewer12- 2 in 1 integration

Good morning, I have been trying to get some tech support help but haven't heard back from anyone. I recently bought an Acer Chromebook R11, and while remotly controlling my windows 7 work computer i don't have laptop functionality. I have to move the mouse pointer with my finger and not with the laptop touchpad, and am unable to click on anything with the mouse on the laptop. Is there a work around to this where i can just disable the touchscreen portion and use the normal laptop mouse and keyboard? Any suggestions or solutions would be awesome!! Thank you! Nick graham
