Could you maybe provide us with a little more details on the problem you are encountering so that we may help you out?

Are you trying to sign in to your TeamViewer account? If so, are you doing this from the Computers & contacts window or the Management Console?

If you have any helpful screenshots, please don't hesitate to post them here.
