Trial License of partner has expired, but partner has TeamViewer Quick Support.

I am trying to connect to a partner computer that is running TeamViewer Quick Support, but whenever I try to connect, I get a message saying "The Trial license of your connection partner has expired..."
The partner ID: [TeamVIewer ID removed by Moderator]

Hello teehitch,
Is it maybe that you're client has downloaded teamviewer by himself and downloaded accidentally the trail version that is now expired.
