UN/PW combination rejected ONCE.

This is an odd problem I've had since v.11. When I set up a host on a remote machine, I have to verify the computer. To do that, I put in my TV account UserName and PW. But then I get a message "The User Name and Password you entered do not match any accounts on record." OK, so I re-enter the password, and it's accepted. Every. Single. Time. Now, I know I have fat fingers/digital dyslexia, but I don't misspell my password EVERY TIME!  Any idea why this happens? Am I just waaaay too fast for the servers??? (Doubt that.)

    This was a known issue and has been resolved in updates rescently.

    Actually no. It's still going on, and it's SUPER annoying. Anyone know the cause??

    I'm using version 13.2.26558 and it's January 2019 and it's still happening to me. Alway rejected the first time and accepted the second time.
