Unable to receive attachments via email with Service Camp ticket

Hello, 

We are currently testing out Service Camp as our default IT ticketing system. We are unable to receive pictures/attachments in our tickets created by our users. We can view them  just fine within our Service Camp portal, but not within our own Emails. Is there a way to resolve this?
