Unauthorized Access

Hi I feel sort of silly posting this but need to start somwhere.

An employee was working at her computer and noticed a 'team viewer' screen pop up.  She recognized the name as a former employee, took a screen shot and somehow blocked this.  

Is there a way to check if and how often this person has been accessing this PC?
