User move from a Company with Corporate license to another Company with Corporate license

hello,
I will leave my Company which is using a Corporate lizense.
On my next company i will Purchase TV Corporate and move my User from the old to the new TV Company...
on the old Company i am only a user and not admin of the corporate license.
How can i leave the old company?
