Why does my TeamViewer still expire after I request for resetting to free successfully?

My TeamViewer host is a PC with Windows Server OS, so it suspected me using TeamViewer commercially automatically. But after I submit request to reset this ID to free and TeamViewer e-mailed to tell me that this ID has been reset to free twice, I still cannot use it because the trail has expired.

How should I do?

    Hi @sxlllslgh

    Thanks for your post.

The trial expired message is independent from the commercial use suspicion.

You wrote that your machine runs a Windows Server operating system: any usage of a server OS (e.g. Win 2008, Win 2012...) is classified as commercial usage. That means you cannot use TeamViewer on a server without a license.

Please read this article for more information: Why do I see TeamViewer trial - 'Your trial period has expired' ?

    Thanks and best, Esther

    Hi,

I have recived an e-mail "Your TeamViewer ID has been reset to free" but when I try to use my TeamViwer it shuts down afte one minute.

So for me it seams that my TeamViewer hasn't been reseted. What can I do to solve the problem??
