Will not connect to partner computer_Team Viewer 14.1.18533

I am running on a Mac Os Sierra, trying to connect to Windows partner computer. Since updating to Team Viewer 14.1.08533 on both computers it will not go beyond connecting on my end. (MAC)No connection is being made to Windows partner computer.

Any help appreciated.

    Basic trouble shooting steps include but are not limited to:

    1. Restart TeamViewer on both sides of the connection
    2. Uninstall the current application and install a fresh copy on both sides of connection
    3. Make sure internet connection on both sides is active

    If you can try these steps usually it will correct the issue. If not please let me know.
