can´t use the pc after remote session any more

Hi there

I had a remote session from laptop to pc. Now the PC doesn´t work on his own anymore. Even after restart I only can work on the PC by using the Teamviewer reomote function from the laptop. The PC itself doesn´t react at all anymore. Not by mouse, not by keyboard... Both systems are Win10

    I called the teamviewer support hotline. They didn´t want to help me, because I´m not a commercial user. What kind of support is this??

    So dear community admins: please let me know what there is to do. This is a serious problem with your product!

    it seems that Teamviewer is blocking the keyboard and mouse driver. Even a new installation of the drivers is not possible
