cant see phones screen only apps that are android with TeamViewer 12

Can you please advise what mobile you are connecting to (Manufacturer)?
It is important to note that we do not have the ability to completely contorl all android devices. The list of manufacturers that are supported can be found here: FAQ: How can i control my android device with TeamViewer

Unfortunately, as I mentioned as this device is not on our supported list, full remote control is not currently available for this device.
If you go to the supported device list here: FAQ: How can i control my android device with TeamViewerThere is an option to put in a request for another device. But at the moment, we need to have an agreement with the manufacturer in order to remote control android devices and this is designed for phones and tablets.
I am sorry for the dissapointment.
