customized QuickSupport for Mac

Dear Community,

I personallized the QuickSupport module with our company logo. The download of the module for Windows woks perfectly - I get an .exe file. The download for Mac only works on a Mac, (why not on Windows') and there I get a .zip file, which the user must know to extract firstly.
Why don't I get a .dmg file, please?

    Thank you for posting.

    For MacOS, please use the permanent link to download your custom module under the Design and Deploy in the management console instead of using the exe file, so that it should work properly on a MacOS. 2019-01-14 14_03_22-Snipping Tool.png
