on Dashboard line I only have File Transfer  no  Remote Control  (file transfer works)

I'm going from an Android box (Kodi) to my PC and I want PC to control Android Box

    same. normally, i just sign in and connect and my device screen comes up. Today, I take the same steps but all i can get to is the status page with battery level, device performance, etc. File transfer still works.
