teamviewer 12 using abroad

HI,

lf one is living e.g. in Singapore having just 2 computers connected to TV12, now the region is Singapore with regional points license of 15 bucks or so a month, or even a free account. Now if i leaving 1 pc in Singapore standby, leaving for europe with my " master " other pc with TV12 on it, will i be able to connect to the " slave " pc in Singapore, OR do i have the buy the expensive license for using at international regions, which is like 500 bucks etc... ?
