tv doesn't connect

Hello to everyone (and sorry for my poor english)!

I'm going to explain my problem (I'm using the italian version, so I'm not very sure about button names ecc): I was working on the remote computer using tv, but at certain point the connection between this computer and my pc broke. So I clicked on connect in order to restore the connection, but nothing happened: the word "connecting" appears, then appears "ready to connect" and stop, no password request, nothing.

I closed/opened tv, turned off/on my pc, re-installed tv, but still doesn't work.

Could anyone help me? Thanking in advance
