Is it possible to use so much RAM?

Hello, I would like to learn something about the use of RAM by applications such as:

1. TeamViewer Patch Management Service
2. ITBrain
Currently, the TV Patch Management Service uses 500 MB RAM on one of the servers, and ITBrain another 250 MB.

1. Is this kind of RAM usage normal?

2. Can you possibly help it somehow?

    Thank you for your message.
    For Patch Management service: it's normal as the service is scanning your server software for missing patches. The memory usage could be even higher as during deployment, depends on the software type it can use different amounts of resources.
    For Monitoring service: depends on Policy which is assigned to devices, e.g. if you have event log check and the log is big, service needs more resources for analyzing the log and detecting needed records. However, if you have any concerns regarding memory usage by Monitoring service please open a ticket and together with our support colleague's support we will have a look at the described situation.
