Monitoring of IIS-Site-Status possible?

Is it possible to monitor, if a specific website running on a windows Server with IIS, is running or has stopped? How could I do this?

Thanx for any proposals!

Christian

Re: Monitoring of IIS-Site-Status possible?

Hi Christian,

Thank you for your message.
Can you please give us more detaiels on what exactly you want to monitor? Is it the IIS process or service status on your device, e.g. it is running or not? Or you want to check website availability from the machin lets say with http request?

Looking forward to your replay.

Re: Monitoring of IIS-Site-Status possible?

Hi Levon, thx for your reply. To clearify my question: I have a bunch of different websites running on my IIS, specifically one of them sometimes stops responding to http-requests. I want to be informed, when this happens (similar to the PRTG network monitorin service). Is this possible?

Thanx in advance

For this moment we don't have a web check, but your feedback is very valuable for us. We will take into consideration your request while releasing new features.
