Turning off patch deployment after trial of software

Hello,

I ran a trial of the Remote Management that has since expired, but the devices are still running weekly patch deployments and emailing me. At 100+ devices thats a lot of emails.

I would like to turn these off but obviously have no access anymore.

Can I either have a brief turn on of the service so I can remove the settings, or can you do this for me please.

    Same here, even with license the remote monitoring and patch management software is not uninstalled or disabled when there is no license.

    Thank you for your message.
    After trial expiration, both Monitoring and Patch Management services should be uninstalled automatically. If the issue still exists for you please open a ticket and together with our support colleague's support we will have a look at the described situation.
