Hello, 

How can I have a report for the status of all assets in itbrain? I can only see the online assets but not the offline assets, I need to send a report to my customer with the configuration on every asset and they are missing the offline ones...

    Hi @jbaixauli,

    Thank you for your message! 

    First of all please make sure that all devices you want to export to an overview are added to the 'Asset Management'
    Please head to the Management Console -> Asset Management -> Assets. 

    Take care that no Filter ist activated so that you can see all of your devices. 

    Now you can press the button "Export" on the Top left hand side to get an overview exported and choose one of the two options you have.
