customize offline device alert

I have some of my remote devies configured to automatically reboot each night, and also have offline alerts configured for them. While I do want to know if they go offline in the middle of the day, I don't want to see 9 alerts every morning just from my scheduled tasks. I have selected it to alert "after 10 minutes" but the alerts are still coming in from just 1 minute of downtime. How do I configure it to only alert me if the device has been offline for 10 consecutive minutes (or any custom interval)?

    We run some tests with the online check and we always received the correct alert as described in the policy delay.

    Would you mind sharing the specific settings you applied to make it only alert when offline for X minutes? I can't seem to make it work.
