Smart Glasses or hands-free live stream video

Our company has just started using TV Pilot. Our main goal is for Field Service Technicians to live stream video of production machines or problems to Headquarters support or to other Technicians for assistance. This works. But it would be better to have "hands free" operation. Either wear a head-band with camera to live stream via TV Pilot, or (basic) Smart Glasses. Any recommendations? Thank you.
