Another question about new interface: how can i set the chat list to the right of my screen so that i can supervise constantly what my custemers are talking about?
Than you very much
Thank you for your post
The Whiteboard option is still available in the previous interface. Please click here to see the thread for more information.
I have used TeamViewer for personal use since it first came out. It was always easy to use and very intuitive. With the recent pandemic my company's customer training department decided to offer classes online. TeamViewer was our first choice for remote connections, so we purchased a corporate account. Then we noticed the meeting option on the control panel. We decided to use it instead of someone else’s meeting software. It worked great except we found out that you can’t have a meeting and a remote connection at the same time. If you do, you lose the meeting control panel. That’s when TeamViewer support introduced us to Blizz. Blizz works great but we must use the old interface because we need the white board. Will the new interface have the white board added? If not, will the old interface be going away? In my opinion to be collaborative meeting software you should have white board capability. All the other meeting software does.
ich nutze Mac OS 10.13.6. Ich habe nun Blizz installiert, aber es fehlt das Control Panel. Warum?
