Soundsharing does not work

Hi,
does anyone in such a situation when using Blizz on Microsoft Surface 6, that sounds or audio on your computer cannot be shared through Blizz, despite of the fact that the computer sound and music sharing option has been turned on? Is this an option just for those who have purchased one of the Blizz plans? If not, how can I tacke this problem?

Could you please take a look at this similar to yours solved issue?
Please try to change these settings and see what you get. Maybe it needs to restart the Blizz and reconnect.
