"Please close Blizz and retry"

Dear,

 

When my clients try to download or run Blizz, the instalation file refuse to open. The message "Please close Blizz and retry" pops up whatever selection they choose.

Could you please have a look?

    I found a work-around.

    In order to run the instalation file, you will have to close the Blizz process running in the background. Press alt+ctrl+delete, manage activities and show more information. Then, close all processes with Blizz in the name. When they are all closed, you can run the instalation file without error.

    But it would still be good with a permanent solution.. I don't know how I should explain above for all clients =/

    Hi ARNBER,

    To close Blizz on Windows one need to go to system tray, right-click on Blizz icon and choose "Exit Blizz". After that installation should go.
