Can only connect for 5 minutes

I have a license for version 12 but when I use the latest version of my iOS app on either my iPad or iPhone it will only connect to any of my clients computers for 5 minutes in demo mode!!!!

What's going on? This is crazy... I paid for my version 12 license so what's the problem?

    Wow - it's obviously too much to expect a reply from Teamviewer!

    They've taken my money and are obviously not bothered now.

    Not great...

    I raised a ticket and it seems that the latest iOS update was not beta tested very well so anyone with an older license than v13 can't connect for longer than 5 minutes....
