Remote control for ipad

Hi

I need to access a family members iPad to change a couple of settings which they seem incapable of altering.   They have installed QS onto their iPad and I have TV on my computer.   I get the ID from them and am able to connect but can only see their devise info, or ask them to send me a screenshot.

Is it possible to actually rem,otely control their device, and if so, what dop I need to do please?
