ID set as free but still shows Trial Expired

I got the email from TeamViewever Service about informing me that my ID has been reset to “free”, and your use case can be qualified as “personal”.
However it is still unable to use remote control. It said my trial version expired. I restarted some times, but it didn't work. Anyone knows what's the next action should I do to solve this promlem.
