New tickets, using own mailserver slow

Greetings

The poll of new mails if setting up "own mailserver" seems to be very slow. At least 40-50 minutes.

Is this by design or is there a way to change it?

    Also experiencing this issue. Please advise. This is way too slow.

    It's working much better for me now. Only a couple of minutes before it's showing up.

  • 15-16 minutes today for a test.

    From mail to case in Servicecamp.

    And the mail had arrived in the mailbox within a short moment.

  • Tickets are still very slow to be generated from the mail.

     

    Today I started getting rejection emails, it says that the email address that I tried to mail, doesn't exist.

     

    Any problems we should be aware of?

    I have an email sitting in the mailbox for two days - it's not showing up in ticketing! Wassup?

    A test showed that it took about 3-4 minutes. It's a great improvement, thanks :)

     

    If we could get it under 1 minute, it would be fantastic!
