Notification when changing Inbox for ticket

Is it possible that the person who handles a particular box received notifications of applications that were moved to it?

Example
Ticket was added to Inbox1
Admin move ticket to Inbox2
Technician who operating the Inbox2 have not any notification about new ticket in your Inbox2

How to add notification when tickets are moved to other inboxes?

    Hi

    You need to enable notification checkbox "Disable customer notification" for inbox 2 from inboxes settings.

    Additionally you can set default assignee for Inbox 2 and enable that assignee (staff agent) to receive "notification for assigned tickets only"
