Change email address that created a ticket

Hi there, 

I would like to know how can I change the email address that created a ticket in servicecamp. Currently I have a senario where a ticket was created with example test@gmail.co.za and I would like to change it to test@gmail.com but it keeps saying that the email address is already associated with another customer.

    it would be helpful to be able to change the email associated with the ticket as there are use cases where the initial writer is not the one who is the person to contact for the issue at hand. Switching the recipient would be perfect so no new ticket with the correct recipient or Outlook email outside the ticket system has to be used as a work around.
