Suddenly people sending emails requesting support to our support email address are no longer generating tickets on Servicecamp.
They dont even get an email back to say there is an issue.
The portal appears to work fine, but we need this fixed ASAP as we cannot support our business
Yes - getting this as well. It gets worse. No replies to open tickets are being received also. Have an open support ticket that I had zero reply on last night.
Could you please send in private reply your instance URL and email address to which mails are sent but tikcets are not generated.
After having that information our back-end team will check this with highest priority.
