Manual translate every words in Customer Portal
Please, add customizable any english word from Customer Portal to make them translate to any language if You don't want to translate.
Many of our employees don't know English.

There is Polish translation for Servicecamp and Customer Portal as well.
From Dashboard navigate to "Edit Profile" and change language to Polish. After saving your change Servicecamp and Customer Portal will be Polish language.
In case if you notice some wrong or inappropriate translation please do let us know and we will fix it.

Unfortunately, but Polish language, I have set it from the beginning, and still many CustomerPortal elements are still in English, like the "Submit new ticket" button or "Sign in"

Like I wrote - it is set to Polish from beginning (picture attached) and still, in Customer Portal without Sing In, language is English.
We want to make new ticket in our native language (Polish) without Sign In.

Seems there is diference between language behavior for customer portal logged in and not logged in.
That is a bug on our side and as soon as we fix this we wil update you.

Customer Portal is in Polish now, but button "Sign In" is in English

Hello,
I have the same problem.
First, the customer portal was configurated in French. I wanted to change to English and some expressions are still in French instead of English.
On the welcome page:
- Submit a new ticket is in French
- My tickets is in French
When I create a ticket, the following part are still in French instead of English:
- Create a new ticket
- Requester
- Reception box
I already put the language in English in Edit the profile.
Finally, I can modify or add a help in the ticket fields "description".
