Poor Accounting by Teamviewer!!

Updated my licence through the management consul portal and now receiving mails to tell me I need to pay the last invoice before they will accept the new licence payment! I updated and paid according to me through your portal so why is this the issue and now I cannot access the one computer in my office that i use this very expensive product for!!!!!!!
